The source material was published between 1987 and 2000 in "Big Comic Original," a magazine for adult readers. Not in the Shonen environment of Ranma or InuYasha. That is precisely why these stories focus on marriage, funerals, and neighborhood disputes rather than battles; ReturnTreasures considers this Takahashi's most underrated side.
