Shipping and Payment
Everything that happens between clicking buy and the box arriving at your home.
Shipping within Germany
I send small orders as a letter, everything else via DPD Classic. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Up to approx. 600 g in large envelope format, for example up to two DVDs, CDs or Blu-rays, even mixed. Includes basic tracking.
Parcel shipping within Germany
If your order is eligible for the letter rate, it will automatically appear as a shipping option during checkout. You can choose parcel shipping at any time instead. The maximum shipping weight per parcel is 31.5 kg. Whatever fits into one box goes out in one box. Ordering multiple items together is therefore almost always worth it. Plus, there is the collector's discount: 2 items 5%, 3 items 10%, 5 or more items 15%.

Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

DPD Classic
Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not part of the EU. Import duties and customs clearance fees may apply upon import. These are not included in the shipping price and are payable upon delivery.
Delivery times: All specified delivery times apply from the date of dispatch. There is also a processing time of one to two business days, see below.

Processing
As a rule, your order will be sent out within one to two business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Self-collection in Hanover
Do you live nearby? Then you can also pick up your order in Hanover-Mühlenberg. There is no shipping fee for this. Select "pick up" during the checkout process. I will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
Packaging
Thorough. Excessively thorough, some might say. You can read more about this on the sustainability page, along with the answer to the question of why your box has probably already experienced a thing or two.
Payment
You can pay via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Shopify Payments includes credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, among others. Which options are displayed to you depends on your device and browser. You can see the full selection during the checkout process.
No VAT is shown on my invoices. ReturnTreasures is a small business according to § 19 UStG. This changes nothing for you, except for the line on the invoice.
Returns
By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. With me, it's 30. You can find the details in the cancellation policy.
